Call for Expressions of Interest - Special GA Catering February 12, 2017

SPECIAL GENERAL ASSEMBLY CATERING
February 12, 2017 at Da Kų Cultural Centre

 Champagne and Aishihik First Nations (CAFN) is seeking a CAFN caterer to provide snacks and appetizers for the 2017 Special General Assembly as follows:

 Specific catering details include:

  • Provide healthy morning snacks, a hearty lunch and afternoon snacks for General Assembly participants (including Citizens, delegates, Council and staff) up to 100 people total.
  • Some gluten-free, diabetic options must be provided.
  • Food safe is required.
  • Caterer must provide groceries, staff and travel.
  • Caterer must clear and clean all dishes and clean kitchen following the event.

Contractor payments: Contractors should submit a proposed menu and price per plate to serve up to 100 people the above noted snacks and lunch.  Payment will be made upon invoice by the contractor following completion of the contract.  All related costs must be included in the final total submitted by the contractor.

Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required.  The applicant must have their own vehicle.  Previous catering experience, Food Safe certification and menu planning required.

FINANCIAL AUDIT SERVICES

The Champagne and Aishihik First Nations (CAFN) is requesting proposals from qualified firms of Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA) to audit its financial statements for the years ending March 31, 2017 through March 31, 2021. These audits are to be performed in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards.

Please carefully read the RFP document linked below and submit your Proposal to the address noted below by the closing deadline of 3:00:00 p.m. PT on February 17, 2017.

Proposals will only be considered if received by the closing date and time specified above.
