Date: March 19 – 26, 2017 (7 event days plus one shopping day/prep)
Salary: $250.00 per day
Location: Klukshu, YT
Duties: Prepare nutritional Dinner for approx. 50-100 people per day
Submit healthy menu ( Gluten free and Diabetes Friendly options)
Purchase food and supplies on a reasonable budget
Have all beverages ready and available throughout the day.
Prepare all meals and snacks in a timely manner.
Assist with cleaning of the kitchen and facilities.
Supervise cook’s helper and kitchen cleaner.

Salary: $200.00 per day
Duties: Assisting the Head Cook, the Cook’s Helper will be required to assist with:
Shopping and preparing of food.
Set up and dismantling of serving area and assist with serving if necessary.
Ensure beverage station is kept clean and stocked.
Clean up after all meals and snack breaks.
Assist with the cleaning of the kitchen and facilities.
Ensure all counters and outside of cupboards are clean.
Ensure all dishes, pots & pans, utensils are cleaned and put away.
March 20 – 27, 2017 (7 event days one clean up day)
Salary: $150.00 per day
Duties: Wash dishes and clean kitchen as needed, clean from 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm each day including bathrooms and main hall. The cleaner will have to do one major clean of the hall when camp is over. The major cleaning can be done on March 27, 2017
