I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand the policies and procedures of the CAFN Human Resources Manual (the “HR Manual”), effective October 15, 2020.
I understand that CAFN may amend, supplement or rescind any provision of the HR Manual as necessary. In event of any changes to the HR Manual, Employees will always be provided with appropriate written notice explaining the changes.
By signing this document, I agree to abide by CAFN’s policies and procedures as stated in the HR Manual, and as it may be amended from time to time, during my employment, and where applicable, after my employment ends.
I understand that nothing in HR Manual guarantees employment with CAFN.
