CAFN Standard Contract Addendum

BETWEEN: CHAMPAGNE & AISHIHIK FIRST NATIONS (Hereinafter referred to as “CAFN”)
AND:

3. Both parties mutually agree that travel costs will be above and beyond item 2, and will be included as direct expenses.

5. The revised scope, amount and date will not have any effect on the other terms or conditions of the original contract. This agreement only serves to increase the amount, extend the date, and expand the scope of work.

6. Both parties also agree that time remains of the essence on this project.
