Adult Language Immersion Program Co-ordinator Competition #19-20-11 Term Full-Time to June 2020, with possibility of extension
Salary: Level 6 – $61,154.40 – $71,542.01
Location: Haines Junction
Job Summary: Reporting to the Director of Language and Culture, this position provides administrative and coordination support to staff, students/participants and activities within the Adult Language Immersion Program. This position acts as the hub of information from an integrated case management approach and support between students, staff/administration and other supports as required, within the Adult Language Immersion Program and is critical to the overall program success. The position is required to monitor and assist with the evaluation of the program, identify gaps in service and provide recommendations that can improve the delivery and success rate of the program.
Education and Experience: Successful completion of high school is a requirement. Post-Secondary degree or diploma is an asset. Prior experience in an administration or program co-ordination position is preferred. Relevant work experience within the CAFN government is desired.
