Salary: Level 9 – $86,933.00 – $105,667.00

Location: Haines Junction
Reporting to the Director of Finance and Administration, this position manages the development, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation of CAFN’s Information Technology (IT), and CAFN’s comprehensive Records and Information Management (RIM) program. The incumbent is responsible for managing the Reception and Information Technology (IT) staff, as well as the Funding/Contribution Agreement Administrator (FCAA). This position will oversee contractors and term/casual employees in the areas of IT, Reception and RIM; as required. This position also works closely with the Director of Finance and Administration and with other departments to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of customer services; improving administration processes; records management; and IT integrity and functionality.
Education and Experience:
Grade 12 with successful completion of post-secondary education in business administration, project management, or related field; along with some coursework in records and information management is required. Experience in records management, applying records and information management principles and practice, preferably in a supervisory role. Experience managing human and financial resources is required. Proficiency in MS Office is required. Experience using database software would be an asset. Those with 2-3 years of relevant training and/or experience may be equally considered.
Conditions of Employment:
- A valid Yukon Class 5 driver’s license.
