Casual Full-time – June 2021 – September 2021

Salary: Level 5 – starting at $27.25/hour

Location: 1 position in Haines Junction; 1 position in Takhini River Sub-division

 

Job Summary:

Reporting to the Shar Ghra Camp Coordinator, this position assists with the development and overall coordination and delivery of youth recreational and personal development programs with emphasis on cultural relevance; and performs other related duties.

Education and Experience:

Grade 12 with education/training in youth recreation or one of the social services/sciences areas with some experience in administration and program management, or an equivalent combination of training and experience

Conditions of Employment:

  • A valid Yukon class 4 driver’s license
  • First Aid & CPR
  • Criminal Records Check Criminal Records Check & Vulnerable Sector Check
  • Food Safe Certificate
  • Willing ness to work evenings, as required
