Salary: Level 6 – $70,405.57 to $82,364.56

Job Summary:
Reporting to the Jordan’s Principle Manager, the Jordan’s Principle Navigator ensures Indigenous and First Nations children and youth have equitable access to all public services in a way that is reflective of their
distinct needs as outlined in the Jordan’s Principle program mandate.
Education and Experience:
Post-Secondary Education in human services, social services, health care, social work, child & youth care, or a related field combined with experience working with First Nations governments. An equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered.
Conditions of Employment:
Valid Yukon Class 5 Driver’s License
Clear Criminal Record check with Vulnerable Sector check
Valid First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
Willingness to work evenings and/or weekends, as required
Extended workdays may be required to accomplish tasks and meet workload demands during peak periods, as directed
Mandatory confidentiality is a condition of employment for all CAFN personnel
