Job Summary:
Reporting to the Program Manager this position supports the activities of the “Our People Working Together” program (a 4 year funded project). This includes working with both CAFN staff and various program partners to achieve the overall program objectives. This position helps to ensure that both the spirit and intent of this program are achieved. This position works in direct partnership with the Wellness Support Workers to ensure that the program participants are supported in a manner that will enable them to achieve their personal goals and for the program to achieve its’ overall objectives.

Education and Experience:
Successful completion of a post-secondary diploma is preferred but not required. Equivalent work experience in the Social Work, Health Care, Wellness or Education fields is acceptable. Prior work experience as a job coach / mentor is desired. Relevant experience working in a First Nation Government setting will be considered an asset.

Conditions of Employment:
Valid Class Five Drivers License with clean Driver’s abstract / Standard First Aid (current) and clear Criminal Record check
