CAFN is pleased to share a new funding opportunity with Citizens for Shakat Family Camps.
Since March 2020 we have been in a world-wide pandemic. Through these challenging times, CAFN Chief and Council are making it a priority to support and promote Dän Kʼe teachings for our Citizens today and for our future generations.
With that in mind, we have created a one-time supplement to our Community Health and Well Being Policy to support families as they head to their shakāt cultural and harvest camps this August and September. This is an opportunity for families to focus on sharing traditional knowledge, language and culture across generations.
