An election was held on October 18, 2018 for:
One (1) Elder Councillor – candidate that received the largest number of voste was Mundy Joe. He was declared elected.
Four (4) Councillors – candidates that received the largest number of votes were declared elected:
On September 6, 2018 the CAFN Election Board declared elected by acclamation, Steve Smith as Chief of Champagne and Aishihik First Nations and Jessica Hume-Mazur as Youth Councillor.
The CAFN Council will serve a four year term ending October 2022.
