Head Cook (1)

3 x days, includes one shopping day/prep.
Salary: $300.00per day

Duties:

Prepare a nutritional AM snack/Lunch/PM snack/Dinner for approx. (50) people:

• Provide Menu with Dairy and Gluten Free options
• Shop and purchase groceries and supplies on a reasonable budget provided
• Haul and Store food per Food Safe regulations at Venue
• Prep and prepare serving of the food, oversee the set up and dismantling of serving area
• Keep cooking area clean during and after the event, final sweep and mop of kitchen areas
• Must Have Food Safe I, II. First Aid is an asset.
• Submit receipts and ensure leftover food is distributed per the departments instructions.

Assistant Cook (1)

2 x event days
Salary: $250.00per day

Duties:

• Assist Head Cook to Prepare a nutritional snacks and meals:
• Assist to Prep and prepare for serving of the food, set up and dismantling of serving area
• Dish washing as required
• Ensure the beverage station is kept clean and stocked
• Keep cooking area clean during and after the event
• Assist with the final sweep and mop of kitchen facilities
• Must have Food Safe 1, First Aid is an asset.

Set-up/Cleaner (1)

2 x event days
Salary: $175.00per day

Duties:

• Assist with Hall set up/takedown and ensure event venue is kept clean and tidy:
• Set up/take down of tables and chairs, ensure bathrooms are clean and stocked
• clearing and cleaning tables and emptying garbage and recycling bins
• Wipe down the tables, and sweeping the Hall floor at the end of event
