Grant of Poll — September 13

Following its review, the Election Board has determined that this Grant of Poll includes all eligible individuals who submitted their nomination papers within the required timeframe and in accordance with the established submission process.

The Board recognizes that multiple versions of the Grant of Poll may cause confusion and apologizes for any inconvenience. Citizens are asked to rely only on the most recently issued Grant of Poll, which is available through CAFN’s official communication channels.

The Election Board is held to maintaining the integrity, fairness, and credibility of the election process. As part of that responsibility, the Board must ensure that election information is accurate and that all eligible candidates are treated in accordance with the Election Rules and Regulations and established procedures.

The Election Board also looks forward to meeting with the newly elected Chief and Council to discuss previous and current recommendations and to consider the implementation of policies and practices that may further strengthen the election process in future elections.

The Election Board remains committed to communicating information as accurately and transparently as possible while respecting the privacy and confidentiality of individuals involved in the election process.
