Summer Employment Opportunity

Summer Student positions available

Every year CAFN organizes employment opportunities for students over the age of 14, who are interested in building skills, gaining experience and participating in cultural activities throughout the summer.

This year there are positions available with the following departments and companies:

Castle Rock Enterprises
Walker Home Construction
Kinners Construction
Alcan Motor Inn
CAFN Economic Development
CAFN Heritage, Lands and Resources
CAFN Language and Culture
CAFN Community Wellness

To learn more about these positions and to choose which ones you would like to apply for, please look through the included job descriptions.

Currently, these opportunities are open to High School Students who are Champagne and Aishihik First Nation citizens. Preference will be given to those current High School studies.

An eligibility list will be developed for these summer positions from the application packages submitted. If you are interested, be sure to submit your application package prior to the closing date. Wages are based on your level of education completed to date.
