Community Energy Planning Meetings x 3:
- Takhini New Hall – Monday, February 16th
- Champagne Community Hall – Tuesday, February 17th
- Haines Junction – Da Kų on Wednesday, February 18th
Head Cook (1 for each Community)
2 x days, includes one shopping day/prep.
Salary: $275.00per day
Duties:
Prepare a nutritional Dinner to be served at 5:30 pm for approx. (20) people:
- Provide Menu with Vegan option, no chicken, no beef, with Dairy and Gluten Free options.
- Shop and purchase groceries and supplies on a reasonable budget provided including beverages tea, coffee, juice.
- Haul and Store food per Food Safe regulations at Venue
- Prep and prepare serving of the food, oversee the set up and dismantling of serving area
- Keep cooking area clean during and after the event
- Must Have Food Safe I, II. First Aid is an asset.
- Submit receipts and ensure leftover food is distributed per department instructions
Dish Washer/Hall Cleaner (1 for each Community)
1 x event day
Salary: $175.00per day
Duties:
- Ensure event venue is kept clean and tidy:
- Dish washing as needed
- clearing and cleaning tables and emptying garbage and recycling.
- Wipe down the tables, and sweeping the Hall floor at the end of event
