Development of an Indigenous Cumulative Effects Model for the Kluane Region

The Kluane First Nation (KFN) and Champagne and Aishihik First Nations (CAFN) (collectively, the Applicants) are seeking proposals from qualified consultants to draft a comprehensive funding proposal for a multi-year project that will create an Indigenous-led cumulative effects model for the Kluane region of the Yukon. This model will be used by both First Nations to assess potential impacts of projects within their Traditional Territories and will be presented to the Yukon Environmental and Socio-economic Assessment Board (YESAB) for their consideration in project assessments.
